THE LUNARA HOUSE PROCESS
Five Steps. One Team. Zero Stress.
Planning a celebration should feel like anticipation, not pressure. From your first message to your final farewell, you'll always know exactly what happens next — and you'll never be the one holding the details. That's our job.
01 — The First Conversation
It begins with a conversation, not a contract. You tell us the occasion, who it's for, roughly how many guests and — most importantly — the feeling you're reaching for. We listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no obligation.
What you do: simply share your vision.
02 — Concept & Creative Direction
We translate your ideas into a clear creative direction — the setting, the atmosphere, the colour story and the emotional arc of the event. You'll receive a considered proposal with a transparent budget, so you know exactly what your celebration looks like and what it costs. No surprises, ever.
What you do: review, react, refine with us.
03 — Design & Curation
Once the direction is set, we build it. We source and contract every supplier, design the details — florals, lighting, tableware, stationery, the photo moment — and shape each element around your guests. You have one dedicated point of contact throughout. One person who knows every detail.
What you do: approve the moments that matter to you.
04 — Logistics & Production
The invisible work. Guest logistics, timelines, transport, supplier coordination and a detailed production schedule for every movement of the day. This is where experience shows — and where you get to stop worrying entirely.
What you do: nothing. This part is ours.
05 — You Arrive as a Guest
On the day, our team holds everything — setup, timings, transitions, the quiet details no one sees. You are fully present for your own celebration. Responsible for none of it. Free to enjoy all of it.
What you do: be there. Be present. Nothing more.
You enjoy the celebration. We hold the details.
